About Us

I’m Not Fussy will create a revolution in the marketplace that individuals and businesses alike will not be able to ignore!

The idea for the business was borne out of one individuals desire to make a difference – locally and globally!

Our CEO and Founder, Rebel Black is a passionate believer in capacity building and community development and I’m Not Fussy will become a vessel through which funds are channelled into research, education and social and community development projects with a particular interest in health, wellness and regional Australia.

Hi! I am a passionate foodie who just happens to live with a range of food intolerance!

As a result of my own life revolution, through diet, exercise and alternate therapies, I have a passion to inspire, support and connect others to achieve quality of life through health and wellness.

I am also committed to supporting businesses to meet the needs of people, like myself, who have challenges with their diet - because they choose wellness above illness. People don't choose their bodies nor the issues they are born with, or end up with, but they can choose wellness and we want to support businesses to come to terms with this!

Apart from having a touchy tummy, I have 10 years’ experience in developing and delivering award winning businesses. I am based in Western NSW which has presented more opportunity that challenge – our tourism restaurant located in the opal mining community of Lightning Ridge was awarded with a Tourism NSW award in its first 8 months of operation, when I was just 25 years of age.

I consider myself a social entrepreneur and believe that I’m Not Fussy is a mechanism for social change. With a background in the media and many years’ experience in marketing, business development and partnership management, particularly with the not for profit sector and government, I am well placed to ‘make things happen’.

I can’t wait to create a REVOLUTION and make the world a friendly place for I’m Not Fussy Fans!

Michelle Pymble - Administration, Sales and Marketing

I am a mum of two gorgeous daughters who continue to amaze me everyday. I am also married to a man that I have loved for more than half my life!

I am an educator, learner, and creator all wrapped into one. I am constantly either teaching someone something or learning something new.

As a very young adult I started to tackle courses to learn new things.

I started with a show card and ticket writing course, which lead me to a sign writing apprenticeship and a short course in graphic design.

I also enrolled in a bookkeeping and typing course too.

Then the biggest course of my life started, Motherhood! I have been doing this course for 11 years now and still do not know it all!

When my youngest was 5, I completed a certificate III in Education support special needs (Teacher Aide) which I currently work as when I am not working for my other favourite employer, I’m Not Fussy.

Justin Farrell, High End Design - Graphic Design

After 23 years in the business, Justin still admits to being addicted to design and visual communication. He loves hearing his client’s positive feedback on how his work is helping them build better businesses.

He’s been in the graphics industry since 1988 working for large magazine printers and graphic reproduction trade houses and started his business; High End Design, in 2001. He brings a sound reproduction knowledge to his work that enables his design to work on all mediums.

Justin is proud of the logos and collateral he has created for the I'm not FUSSY suite of brands; "working with Rebel is always fun and she's bringing great resources to the public that are badly needed".

When he’s not designing he’s spending time with his two kids and wife
- the true source of his inspiration. He also enjoys (or obessed with) BMX and Mountain Bike racing and is the proud founder of the Disciples of Dirt - Dubbo BMX Club.
 

Adam Luck is a web designer, internet consultant and search engine optimiser. He has been successfully creating and publishing websites for over 8 years ranging from freelance graphic and web design, to internet marketing and e-business in Australia and overseas.

Adam is a specialist in search engine optimisation and directory based websites.
