Restaurant Sanctuary is a Fine Dining Restaurant set within the grounds of Peppers Guesthouse in the idyllic Hunter Valley. Our contemporary menu style is Modern Australian, with a focus on using as much local produce as possible. We change our menus seasonally to take advantage of the best produce the season has to offer, and cater to those with dietary requirements, and special requests as best as we can.
