I’m a Naturopath specialising Clinical Nutrition, Medical Herbalism Clinical Acupuncture, utilising Evidence Based Natural Medicine.

 

 

I’ve received awards for Innovation in my field, and Excellence in Clinical Nutrition from the Aust Institute of Holistic Medicine.

 

 

My unique difference is, I marry science and natural medicine techniques with a tailored holistic approach to the patient, combining the latest research in neuroplasticity, epigenetics and nutrigenomics.

The key to health is in your lifestyle, what you feed the mind and body on a daily basis.

 

It’s not so much solely “What you eat is what you are” but more “That which you absorb is what you are” including stress, negativity, nutrients & emotions.

 

If you’re body's in a state of acute or chronic stress it will not absorb the nutrients you are eating.

 

A tailored nutrition, herbal medicine, multi-modality allied health approach is the key to health.
